Hotel Room Availability Update, Feb. 25, 12 noon

Currently, a small number of KING rooms are available for the nights of Wednesday, October 16 and Thursday, October 17, as well as 2QUEEN rooms for Sunday, October 21.  Please read the following important notes:

• Use the PASSKEY link https://book.passkey.com/go/JASNA to reserve these nights. Operators for the Hilton central reservations system may not have visibility into the current availability status.    
• Requesting more nights than are available will cause the system to reply a "no lodging is available for your dates" message.  Try searching for fewer nights.
• If you have an existing reservation, you will see a "Manage Existing Reservation" link at the top right of the page where you enter your desired dates in PASSKEY.  You will need your confirmation code.  If modifying your existing reservation doesn't work, you can make a separate reservation for the night(s) you are trying to add.
• All rooms for Tuesday, October 15 and Monday, October 21, and a portion of the block for Wednesday, October 16, are being held until after AGM registration in June.  Information on adding these nights will be provided later, with priority given to registrants taking tours on Wednesday and Monday.
• The newly available rooms will sell out soon, but please don't lose hope.  Availability will continue to fluctuate, but the room block should be adequate for our needs.  Every year, there is significant turnover of hotel rooms in the months leading up to the AGM. AGM registration will occur in late June, after which more changes in reservations are expected.  It is very likely that dozens of rooms will become available later due to cancellations.  
• The Hilton may have rooms available outside the JASNA block, at a higher rate.  You are free to reserve them if desired, but JASNA cannot make rate adjustments for any reservations made outside the JASNA block. Please be aware of the hotel policy, and that of any booking site you may use, regarding cancellation.
