Remaining Hilton Rooms Released for Sale

As of 2pm Eastern Time on July 9, all remaining guest room inventory in the JASNA block at the Cleveland Hilton Downtown has been made available for reservations.  This includes over 150 rooms for Wednesday, October 17, as well as a smaller number of rooms on other nights.  AGM registrants who signed up for tours or activities on adjacent nights were previously notified by email of this opening.

To add a night to an existing reservation, click the link in your hotel reservation confirmation email.  New reservations may be made by clicking this link to the hotel’s PASSKEY system, or by calling (216) 413-5000 ext. 1 and providing the booking code JANE.

TIP:  If using the PASSKEY system, enter your desired dates and click "Search."  On the results screen, "un-check" the small blue box labeled "Show available only."  This will enable you to see all availability and to select fewer nights or a different room type if necessary.

Over the past few weeks, some people who had made hotel reservations in the winter decided to cancel them, which enabled several dozen JASNA members who needed rooms to reserve them.  We still expect some cancellations to occur over the course of the summer, freeing up additional rooms.
