Reminder: August 20 Deadline for JASNA AGM Refunds and Changes

Dear JASNA AGM Registrants,

Today all registrants should have received a second email from the AGM Registrar with the following important announcements. (If you are registered for the AGM and didn’t receive the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions email folders.)  

The deadline for refunds of AGM registration, tours, workshops, and ticketed sessions is August 20. Please take some time to check the agenda included in your email and make any needed changes. If you need help to view your registration details, please contact the Registrar.

Some tips and friendly requests:

•  If you are waitlisted for any activities that you no longer want, please remove yourself from those waitlists so that we can offer available spaces to people who do want them. (Alternatively, email the Registrar at jasnaagm@gmail.com and let her know what to release.)
• If you’re hoping for an activity for which you are waitlisted, please watch your email—the Registrar will do her best to redirect released spaces to those who want them. 
• Refunds for registration and activities will no longer be available after August 20. If you cannot attend the AGM in person, please email the Registrar at jasnaagm@gmail.com and let her know whether you’d like a refund (less $50) or to switch to the Livestream/Virtual option. If you switch by August 20, any amount you have paid over the Livestream registration fee ($160, or $120 for JASNA student members) will be refunded to you. • Separate emails will be coming out this week to people registered for particular tours (Butchart, winery, Craigdarroch) where we need to break into smaller groups or collect information for the tour provider. Please respond promptly to the tour coordinator.
• Information about banquet seating will be released shortly. If you’d like to coordinate a table, we’ll be accepting advance lists of 5 names (half table) or 10 names (full table), but please wait for the announcement before sending your list. If you have a differently-sized group or just prefer to meet new people, you’ll be able to choose your banquet seat quickly and easily when you arrive at the AGM.
